BD service plans are a 6-month minimum contract. Once you start (after your free trial), you are committing to the full 6-month term. You can cancel after that term ends, but you cannot exit mid-term without owing the remaining balance. This structure allows us to dedicate real resources to your account — building your content system, onboarding your brand, and running campaigns consistently.

Instead of one large monthly charge, your monthly fee is split in half and charged every two weeks. For example, on the Starter plan: $97/month becomes $48.50 every 14 days. Your setup fee ($297) is collected on day one along with your first bi-weekly payment — so your total due today would be $345.50. After that, $48.50 is charged every two weeks for the remainder of your 6-month term.

Your service continues automatically on a month-to-month basis after the initial 6-month term. If you want to change plans, pause, or cancel, you must provide 30 days written notice before the effective date. No action is needed to continue — it keeps running.

Yes — after your 6-month minimum term is complete. To cancel, submit written notice 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellations mid-term are not accepted. If payments stop before the term ends, the full remaining balance becomes immediately due and may be subject to collections.

Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required to start. After 14 days, if you decide to continue, your first payment (setup fee + first bi-weekly installment) will be due. If you choose not to continue, you do not proceed — no charge, no obligation.
